my work out:
I do lots of ab stuff
50 knuckle pushups
100 regular ones
barbell curls 10 lbs weights 100 reps
dips
brainbusters
powercling
squats
benchpress lots of pullups/chinups
some back exercises and other stuff.

From this day forward I will workout and train as hard as I can everday. No breaks no vacation wherever I am I will use whats around me to train fully and for those people who think I can't do it or I don't have the guts then I'll show them!

No problem, its good to get lower body also

I find myself being more attracted to working on upperbody conditioning rather then lower :P I need to change that though lol

i understand i think i''l work on upperbody one day and then lower body the next. I have an app on my ipod called six pack or something like that and its got a few different categories.
