Default Whats your workout routine?

Right now my workout routine is:

25 regular pushups x3
15 knuckle pushups x2
10 diamond pushups
lifting 15 pound dumbells 15 times x2
lifting 10 pound dumbels 30-35 times x2
10 pullups
50+ sit ups
10 minutes of shadowboxing

whats your routine?

From this day forward I will workout and train as hard as I can everday. No breaks no vacation wherever I am I will use whats around me to train fully and for those people who think I can't do it or I don't have the guts then I'll show them!

3 minute jogging
Stretch
1 fast lap around track
10 minutes mid speed around track
*Go to weight room*
10 forward shoulder raises with 20 lb dumbell
30 incline pushups
50 Up down ab workout
50 In-out ab workout
15 forward lunges 25 lbs
30 plate dips with 35 lb plate
10 outward shoulder raises with 20 lb dumbell
30 decline pushups
50 up down ab workout
50 in out ab workout
20 plate rotations with 35 lb plate
15 back lunges with 25 lb dumbell

Thats one set. I do this 2 or three times in a row 5 days a week.

Tricep Extension (double then single)
Kickbacks
Side raises
Y fly raises
Front raises
Outward raises
Upwright row
Outwards push
Military press
Twist military press
Reverse militr=ary press
Bent over rows
Bent over flys
Chest press
Chest adduct and abduct (forwards and sidewards)
Bicep curls
Hammer curls
Wrist curls
Wrist flexion
Squats w/ weights
Straight leg single squats w/ weight
Lunges
Squat jumps
Heel dips

i think is about 8 kilogram weights or about 17 lbs

Sleep - Whatever time is left.

This workout is INTENSE.
