hey could someone help make me a workout routien for the week that i can follow.i have 10kg free wights and a chin up bar i no this might be a big ask but thanks to any one that can help.i wont to bulk up and im not sure witch exercises will help the most and the amount of reps im ment to do so ill take any help i can get thanks agin.
