k todays diet:

Woke up 11 AM, rushed out the door to drive to the grocery store, so missed breakfast but ate a peanut butter cracker pack en route so i had something in my system, im a new driver...

When got home screwed around on computer for a bit, worked out doing 55 pushups, 60 crunches, shadowboxed for a minute and a half, had more crackers and a cup or two of water.

Go swimming two laps, dinner two brats (not my brothers lol) 25 pushups 30 crunches, glass of milk, go to church, BED lol

personally i think u really need to do cardio more then anything like find someway to do it i dont take jogs anymore cuz 2 hot but i have tredmil also mabe u could go to bed alitle earlier like 11:45ish and like u said be4 u said u had 3 bowls of cerial thats not that bad u didnt have lunch unless u forgot to post didnt see it but also matters how big the bowl is =]

And i know, but its too damn hot out here. The treadmill is broken also. Im trying to find a jump rope around here, but it might have been donated along with all the rest of my childhood stuff. Ill pick one up tomorrow when im out getting school stuffs. OH and a question:

I have incredibly strong shoulder, neck, and back muscles. But thats because I carried a 30lbs backpack for a 15 minute walk back and forth from the bus stop, plus the 7 hours of school, in 115 degree heat. Also Im getting more back problems from it i think. Should I go get another backpack, or a binder to carry in hand?

If you're so strong, why are you stopping after 55 pushups and 1.5 minutes of shadow boxing?

Do sets of 50! and do at least 3x3:00 of shadowboxing. Even still - that's a light workout to me.

Well Soul that is a light workout for me too. But Deadly should do 30 min of shadow boxing (good lengthy cardio workout) and do 2x50 pushups and 2x50 crunches morning, then split it in half in the evening when your about to go to bed. But I do more Muscle than cardio.

because pushups and shadow boxing use very little back muscles. And neck muscles. I stop at 55 because my ARMS get tired, not my back. I know its a light workout but I'm kinda going slow. Im trying to do the sets of 50 today. Im slowly working it harder. Ill post todays' tonight.

And does anyone have any protein etc snacks for the middle of the day? Im eating too much junk still, and have been eating peanut butter sandwiches for snacks. We're grocery shopping tomorrow, so any ideas soon would be nice.

PS: Im going to do the 30min shadowbox today. See if i could keep it up consistently for the next few weeks, until my schedule is settled- SCHOOL in 2 DAYS!! Lol also I got 2 ENGLISH classes, which means 4 romeo and juliet movies- pray for me lol

yeah but throwing fists isnt exactly much of a workout for my back- tho it is good cardio. I went for 3 5-minute rounds an hour or so ago, but got interrupted. And yeah a lot of the power comes from the back, but it doesnt exactly work it out.

August 10, 2009

Woke up 10:30, bowl of cereal and glass of milk, then for lunch a PB&J and a bunch of home made fries.

Drove to store, came back around 4, did 2 sets of 20 curls on each arm, 2 sets of 25 pushups going for length rather than number, 2 sets of 30 crunches, shadowboxed 3 5 minute rounds

ate dinner a chicken, rice and beans, went swimming, shadowboxed for that much again, same pushup, crunch and curls count, go to bed around 10.

damn i should have gotten a bit more sleep. Is it really best to relax one day, workout the next, the relax, etc? Cuz my muscles are getting pretty sore. I can keep on going, but im trying not to rip up the muscles. Ive been drinking as much water as I can today, and last night, hoping that it will help keep them from ripping themselves into shreds. Also I need a bit of exercise (I sinned- I had McDonalds for lunch. Was out, hungry, etc. so i need to work it off i bet) today, so should i keep the intensity for today too, or just go with a lighter workout?
