You've definitely improved and you dropped 13 pounds haha that's good.
This is just me but I'd go with the lean version that's what alot of famous actors such as cam gigandet the bad guy from Never Back Down. He doesn't use P90x but he got to a low percent body fat 6-8 and then like all of your muscles stay the same but if you wanna buff up then prolly go with the classic

do heaps of hard interval training workouts
heaps of running, skipping, boxing, shadow boxing, weights will help a little but you will most likely gain weight with doing weights but that will be muscle.

Lean? Ok. It makes a bit of sense, as my main goal is to get lighter. I'll gain a bit of muscle mass later I guess.

just read labels on anything that has a wrapper or label on it.
try to drink like 2-3 litres of water a day
and just eat as healthy as you can

hey is it ok to skip a little bit of yoga on p90x?
I'm tired, got a late start, have school in the morning, etc. Plus the link for the actual yoga x video is broken, and it is kind of hard to follow a 35 year old dude video taping himself for 2 hours. Should I try to make up for it, or is it just a good stretch day?
oh and im already around 30 minutes in.

Ok there is a few people knowledgeable about this part. Or good with math lol. Please double check this:
Weight: 135lbs
I burn approx. 1500 calories if I do jack-shit all day long.
My average to eat is around 2100-2200 per day.
P90X burns around 600 calories a day.
Coupled with my mile-walk a day.
So I will keep my current weight if I do P90X every day correct? But will gain muscle.
Then if 3500 calories= 1 lb of body fat, I have to cut out around 500 calories a day to lose a pound of fat a week. Or burn that much.
So to lose weight with P90X I should do the workout and a Cardio X each day?
Is that right?

I dont think you can convert calories into body fat by weight...a lb of body fat may be 3500 calories worth of energy, but your not just burning body fat when your stomach is empty it doesnt really work like that.

Just do p90x for what it is, and burn more calories than you consume, but make sure you are consuming enough calories (dont starve yourself) to live normally.
p90x has different plans. Do the one for losing weight that has cardiox in it

New diet:
Breakfast: One bowl Butter Grits with salt and pepper, was gonna have cheese, but were short on money lol. Also some Instant Breakfast mix, two cups of it a day. Its made of a powder mixed with a cup of milk per package.
Lunch: A deli sandwich from the CornerStore, or a Roast Beef sandwich when my dad is adamant, Top Ramen Noodles, or dinner leftovers. Portions vary. Also a cup of water, more like 3 cups worth, at each lunch, one in the afternoon and another in the morning.
Dinner: Maybe a Digiorno pizza, jambalaya, steak, pork, or rotisserie chicken, plus more water.
I work out at home every other day, doing 130 ab crunches and maybe 30 clapping pushups, plus some stretches that Ive been trying out twice a day, and running the block maybe once a week.
Any comments? |
hello there deadlyfighter i think u have an ok diet,
it could do with more friut
apples
bananas
oranges
kiwi
everrybody knows them
also if you are wanting to get good protien eat red meat and cereal for breakfast
i would try running more , e.g.run twice as far each session or faster and try doing it twice a week and you should see some increase in stamina
thanks bud jhook
