Ive decided to make a real quick training log, ill add some pictures my new diet and workouts and see if you guys have any advice or anything, ok?

that was on the last day of my new diet, on 7-5-2008, heres today, 7-19-2008 before i went swimming:

New diet:

Breakfast: One bowl Butter Grits with salt and pepper, was gonna have cheese, but were short on money lol. Also some Instant Breakfast mix, two cups of it a day. Its made of a powder mixed with a cup of milk per package.

Lunch: A deli sandwich from the CornerStore, or a Roast Beef sandwich when my dad is adamant, Top Ramen Noodles, or dinner leftovers. Portions vary. Also a cup of water, more like 3 cups worth, at each lunch, one in the afternoon and another in the morning.

Dinner: Maybe a Digiorno pizza, jambalaya, steak, pork, or rotisserie chicken, plus more water.

I work out at home every other day, doing 130 ab crunches and maybe 30 clapping pushups, plus some stretches that Ive been trying out twice a day, and running the block maybe once a week.

Any comments?

I personally dont see any difference, but according to the weight scale we have ive lost 5 lbs.

Yeah weight loss isn't always visible, but it can still be there so just keep on going! I'm not much of an expert when it comes to dieting tho... maybe Soul and Juno can help you with that. They've been on a diet for some time now.

Lol its not hard when it comes to diet, fruit and veg good . Fast food bad . Etc Etc.

As for workouts, you need to do more than pressups and crunches. I mean wheres the bench press, pull ups, squats etc

lol the bench isnt working out so well. My dads company is shorting on money, and they arent paying me yet. Its gonna come soon, but its all dissappearing into the fund for my trip to Germany. All of it. I might be able to use the weight room after school, as long as the dick of a football coach stops trying to kick us out for his weights club. Also its only 2 bucks for a day at the local rec centre, so ill be good at some point. unfortunately im gonna have to discontinue PE (im taking two Science classes this semester, GOD HELP ME) which means i have to ramp up my physical activities during the other hours. Ive started not doing the weekly run, and maybe ill jog to the store and back from the car, but thats about it. Its just too damn HOT. it was 117 today, 115 yesterday, 114 the day before.... god it sucks. So im kinda done with running regularly until i get the gym membership or it cools down... on THANKSGIVING. lol

Has anyone ever heard something about over-sleeping? I don't mean like "OH SHIT IT MORNING I MISSED THE BUS!!!" but you know sleeping more than usual. After i got back from work the last day i was EXHAUSTED and just fell asleep for like 10 hours. But now i just keep sleeping 12, 13 hours a day. I go to bed at one am, and wake up at like lunchtime or past. And thats actually starting to limit my diet and working out because if im going to run at all its at 5 in the morning when the sun just shines, so it isn't too hot, but i can't run at night. Its not doubt about me being kidnapped or shit, no one i know actually expects me to be brought down in anything but a huge fistfight, thats how good my record is, but there has been a mountain lion or two spotted around here lately. Plus the cops down the street busted a safe house with a bunch of illegals in it, and thats worried my parents. Is over sleeping unhealthy or something, cuz im constantly tired despite the extra sleep. Oh and does anyone have any tips on how to wake up? I have two alarms on full sound and I can't get up.
