|  TIPS FOR COMPETITION HELP!!
hey i was looking at doing some competition fighting soon for my kung fu style i learn.
what are some tips anyone has on how to win and train so i can win

I forget to do it in matches
But I always do it in sparring!
Mine's still better! I got better low kicks too!
