doing burpees is a good way to train cardio and explosiveness.
sprints is another way to keep your heart rate up high
shadow boxing is another great way

jog, sprint, swim, cycle : triathlon. absolute best way
skip, shadow box, find another sport (rugby, soccer, basketball etc...) cos they train fitness/cardio on ur trainings and games.
