I like to keep it simple, the fancy stuff only works when your opponent is already hurt/disoriented/about to go down. Spinning back-fists blow, I've had them used on me in my amateur fights and they don't really cause much damage, or they miss 97% of the time and I just crack them with a hook.
I fight Southpaw, so...
(Lead) Right Hook - (Rear) Left Hook - (Lead) Right/Switch kick to the thigh.

My most memorable combo was - Low kick, turn and knee when he grabbed me, and punch rush
