Lower Back Concern on exercise
I am sure a lot of you have heard of the Ab Wheel, great exercise if you ask me, but I have a serious concern.
My lower back hurts very very bad when I do them. I have tried the technique and I seem to be doing them right, but my concern is, it feels so strenous on my lower back, it feels like it is going to snap or something, my abs don't hurt very bad, but my lower back goes into this shake kind of thing and feels like hell. We do this at boxing, and I am trying to start doing it at home as part of my body weight workouts to get better fit, but any ideas?
