Question Lower Back Concern on exercise

I am sure a lot of you have heard of the Ab Wheel, great exercise if you ask me, but I have a serious concern.

My lower back hurts very very bad when I do them. I have tried the technique and I seem to be doing them right, but my concern is, it feels so strenous on my lower back, it feels like it is going to snap or something, my abs don't hurt very bad, but my lower back goes into this shake kind of thing and feels like hell. We do this at boxing, and I am trying to start doing it at home as part of my body weight workouts to get better fit, but any ideas?

if you feel pain doing something, don't do it when it comes to working out.

I have this certain exercise that a personal trainer taught me that hurts my lower back but I don't think I'm doing it right.

Maybe you have a weak back? I had the same problem with push-ups. I did superman's to strengthen my back.

I think it could be, but really its not like muscle ache as much as the bone itself just hurting.

I think I will listen to yall and just do more Situps and the Plank for sure.

Also, I have never had my back hurt in pushups, unless muscle fatigue at the upper/middle, never the bottom.
