Hey guys! I have been doing the same exercises for a while now, and I really need to vary (spelling?) my abdominal exercises a bit.

So here you can post whatever abdominal exercises you know! I am mainly looking for exercises that I can do a lot of reps with.

Whenever you post a new exercise, I will add it to this thread.

No need to mention basic exercises like the crunch.

I don't care if it's an advanced or if it's a basic exercise.

List of exercises:
spiderman crunches

laying tension crunch

oblique crunches

twisting situps

crunches with your legs in the air

crunches with weights

leg raises

Hangin knee and leg raises (Maybe thats to basic iono)


^^ The excercises in this 12 week program are great. They're different to the normal stuff, and work better.
Theres 5 different excercises in each video.

I do alot of the things on that video.

Also spiderman crunches

laying tension crunch

oblique crunches

twisting situps

crunches with your legs in the air

crunches with weights

leg raises.

there's a ton of stuff to do man

oh and leg raises from the top of your stairs and hanging leg raises

I personally just follow p90x ab ripper, or 10 min abs on youtube then mix in some plank/side plank into each workout. At kickboxing we do our own ab workouts to which is alot of situps with punches, and V holds etc +Plank.


But if you want definition, you cant go wrong with crunches+bikes+cardio.

I dont do any of the thing in the video i posted.
I followed that thing and good pretty good results.
Now i just do basic planks, crunches twisting crunches, bicycle etc.
I try keep it simple and its working.

As far my few basics...
After heavy lifts:
3x30-60 second planks (front)
3x30-60 second panks (each side)
3x10-15 hanging knee raises (if you want to mix it up, try windshield wipers)

After Muay thai:
50 Masato situps
Supersetted with 25 Swiss ball crunches
3x20 Decline Bench leg raises
-or-
100 Decline Situps
Supersetting with 25 Swiss ball crunches
3x20 Decline bench leg raises
