| Elipitical and Bike Machine, are they any good?
I have decided to make a ultimatum to myself (ever done it? works for me, has kept me off of soft drinks/fast food for 8 weeks now) that I am going to go to boxing all 4x a week, and lift 3x a week. I have about 30 mins in-between school ending and boxing. I plan to go to the gym and do either bike machine or Eliptical for 20 mins, but here is my question:
I will do them very easy, like not a real workout, just something to kill time, will this be beneficial at all? I am saying I will go maybe 30% power that I would put on their if I really wanted to workout on em. Level 8 on Bike Machine for 20 mins straight is pretty fun, just cause it makes my legs warm, but not hurt or sore, and it would make it where I could go to boxing without having to kill time doing NOTHING.
Any ideas?
P.S. I do NOT want to get winded or anything before Boxing, its rough enough just going up their with my out of shape body, give it 3-4 months I'll be able to lift before/after I go, but for now, I just want to warm up.

Elliptical is for women.
Masato uses the bike - so if he does it, you should too
20 mins before to warm up
20 mins after to cool down

Call me womanly then... I use Ellipticals before I run on any surface. Ellipticals give a non-impact alternative to running and such (Which is good for people like me, who have horrible knees). Plus, turning up the resistance helps a lot.

I use elipticals. They work with the resistance up very well like Pin said.
I use the bike too though.
@Clover I think it sounds good man, it will give you something to do and help you cut weight. You might want to break some condensation on your forehead or else you're probably not really working hard enough.

Imma be honest,I'm so tired that I read the title and wondered what do people who have seizures have to do with biking.
