Exclamation necessity for putting on muscle

hey guys ive recently started working out and ive found that using my 14lb dumbells are absolutely fine but where to do a workout is a challenge. i was using a swiveled office chair to sit on while i do seated exercises but i cant do incline, decline and horizontal exercises.

so what i have done in the last to days is make a workout bench that can do incline, decline and horizontal exerises. i am short on money at the moment so i couldnt have bought one so i made one. i think that a working out bench is very nessacary for biulding muscle on the upper body.

so let me know any experienced exercises i can do on mynew workout bench?

if you work out with dumbells standing up, it helps you with your balance too

i know what you mean, when u do dumbell curls standing it is wanting to pull u over so u have to keep yourself up.

what eqiupment do you use to workout?

I use all sorts of stuff and little of everything- medicine balls, dumbells, curl bar, bench press, weight machine, squats, resistance bands, I work out at the school and at my house.
