Default When I do bicycle crunches, I don't feel the burn

I did it for one 1:16 minutes and I still didn't feel the burn. I don't even have a six pack, so I am doing something wrong. Am I supposed to go slowly or fast? Also, how high should my head be above the ground? Should my shoulders be on the ground or air?

I had this problem then realised

Its not bout moving head off of ground
Move your shoulders off aswell so you can feel the tensing in abs and then do it

Works for me anyway

Burn out with bicycle crunches. Do regular crunches, situps, leg raises, then without a break, go right into the bicycle crunches until you can't do anymore. Speed should be neither fast nor slow. Try to bring your shoulder to the opposite knee, instead of your elbow.
