I made the newest version of this technique so that it is better for my viewers, I hope you guys enjoy and thank you for all of the comments, feedback etc that I needed to create better videos etc!

Thanks David, I completely agree. Even at my training facility- I see everyone forgetting the most important thing...keeping your chin tucked to minimize a devastating counter to the jaw!
