Hmm, i didn't DL the one Doom linked, becuse i didn't know if he meant all the ones juno posted or all of them all together.
But either way, he said packaged, and i found it all in one file. good quality to.

becuase it's only an hour 3 minutes, but i haven't watched it all the way through, i just remember all of the ones juno posted were 10 minutes exact.

theres still a good amount of seeders to, i snagged it in like an hour or so.

did you join the seperate video files into one, so it plays seamlessly? I think packaged like .rar compressed or something, multiple files packaged as one. It doesn't matter either way you dl it i suppose, just curious.

I didn't concentrate the files, so they are the individual .flv files I downloaded from YouTube. Of course, that means you also need an FLV player or codec, which honestly everyone should have or get by now.

i'd like to learn the russia style of boxing, btw what diffrence do you see in it compaired to more western styles of boxing?(i understand if you did not box in russia i just hope u have though haha)
