Default my transformation (pics)

well as you know im a weight lifter right now... ive a little boxing training and used to do tae kwon do.... ive always been a bit dude.... over teh last few months (9) i have put on a fair bit of weight and size....

measurements as follows....
5ft 8 inch
waist 41.5inch
thighs: 29inch
calves: 18inch
forearms: 15inch
shoulders:53inch
neck:19inch
chest: 49.5inch
arms: 18inch
hips:43inch

my weight is around: 242.5lbs or 110kg... trying to slim to 90 - 95kg... cutting diet right now...

piccies to follow....

































leave comments and advise but please remember i know i still have a bit of baggage but with my cardio and cutting diet this will soon drop off...

LOL what's up with the underwear pics? I got the same pair!

Anyway, I don't know if you want to get bigger - like bodybuilder looking - or leaner, but just train either way. The boxing is great cardio, but keep on lifting.

Fair play, how much can you lift? Looks like you have a fairly large upper body strength
I personnaly prefer a more leaner form than a larger body builder body. Mainly for speed and endurance than power but everyones different. I see why alot of guys want a large amount of strength but remeber that it isn't everything :P

Hey harmless,

You look to be a naturally big guy, and like brooksey said, looks like you have a lot of strength. If you just ran, kept up with that boxing (maybe a longer cardio workout per day), and considered some sort of diet, you would be in perfect shape.
Keep at everything your doing, and keep at these progress pics -- they help a lot.

thanks guys...

shane: i will be running although it will only be short burst sprints... long distance isnt really my thing...

i will be lifting everyday... 1 - 2 body parts a day and cardio everyday for 30- 40mins....
ive my diet already planned.... it consists of high carbohydrates during the morning and lowering it by mid day while upping the protein during the night....

i shall continue to post pics up in this thread in the following weeks...

lol yeah i know chexmix323.. but i think the real one to be worried about would be monkeywjcr and his fighting style description... alittle unnerving id say...

and as far as running... i will only do sprints... first i need to get some new shoes.. mine are fucked... i hit the bag for the first time in months since my finger amputation... well nearly anyway... my knuckles are really feeling it and so is my finger.... i still have little to no feeling in one side of it and its becoming alittle annoying to say the least....
