Bruce lee used to hit sand and water downwards like a karate chop motion this will strengthen your knuckles

ok see i made my own knuckle exirsize its kind of ghetto but it works

1.get a basketball

2.sit down

3.put it in between your legs [no this is not gay]

4.punch the ball while holding on to the ball with your thighs

5.do this for 5min it builds your thigh mucles from punching and holding

6.do this for 2 to 5 weeks and i garentee your knucles will harden

Get a punching bag with sand in it, and punch it with your bare fists, your fists wil get stronger of it further to strengthen the skin on your knuckles you could put a burlap sack around your punching bag

what helps to make your fingers stronger is tipping them on a table/ your desk at work or school or something like that be sure to cut your finger nails if you do it at school whaha otherwise it's a too anoying sound, though if you do these things it'll definitely help you get stronger fingers

further I recommend you to do knuckle push ups, finger tip push ups

do this everyday at least 10 minutes, and your fists will get strong

tapping your fingertips on a desk will make your fingers stronger? didnt know that.

only problem with knuckle conditioning is that your skin tends to give way before your bones do. so bare knuckle punching a boxing bag will strengthen your knuckles but you will also wind up with huge scars on your fists from it, its fine if you dont mind the scars but if you dont want them then u need to wrap your fists in something.

then again if your wanting to strengthen knuckles scars are probably the least of your worries

Here is how the bones in your body work:
when they get micro-fractures from hitting hard stuff they increase in hardness and density. BUT it is a trade-off. scientists have found that when you make one area stronger, other areas get weaker. so obviously there is only so much bone to go around lol

besides that, you can work on making your skin harder but that doesn't help that much...

so like.... if i spend too much time on the bag eventually my hands will become like steel but my leg bones will no longer be strong enough to hold my weight yes? scary

If you have a brick wall, start by hitting it softly with your fist about 20 times a day, then if you want to, (you don't have to, it does not make much difference other than hurting more) gradually build the power. You can also uppercut the wall, therefore grazing them more, and toughening them quicker.

If you have a punch bag or something like that, punch it without gloves. This does not work as quickly as the wall but eventually it would have the same effect, without getting too painful.

Well i'm a Bare knuckle boxer and conditioning knuckles is not a walk in the park if its not a painful expirence then you know somethings wrong my philosophy is that knuckle pushups work i started on carpet, then tile, then congrete, rubbing on surfaces is for skin conditioning i do it for fun but
Knuckle pushups
boxing with hand wraps i actually count my punches not minutes
if your strong enough do a handstand knuckle pushup witch the people call that idiot cant do that heres a simple workout
knuckle pushups
boxing with hand wraps
bareknuckle speed ball
Makiwara board if you have one i wish i did if not lightly punch a wall and progressivly punch harder i know you cant record your force if its on brick

you should start off in punching wood first with foam to punch to and as for punching wall you need soemthing that you will put in the wall and thats what you gonna punch along with the wall. but i warn you when you get old you will pay the price of hardening your knuckles you will get arthritis something like that an expert in shaolin kung fu told me that
