wow nice stuff dude great job my uncle is a personal trainer you saound alot like him haha do you specialize in lean good looking fit muscle that you can still use when your like older
or just getting huge and bulky like some others
I always thought that hang clean, hang pull, snatch, clean, squat, deadlift, military press, shrug, benchpress, push press work best. Thats all I do. But I am quite small im only 5-6" 213 lbs quite slim.

lean muscle is the way to go.. size is rarely comparable to strength
I really don't know were people got this idea that power is strength x speed, power is the amount of work per time unit or the rate a which some kind or energy is transformed into another type, the general easiest formula for average power is P= W/increase of t and its International System units are jules per second or watts
