try taking some boxing classes, go to your local gym. they will teach you the basics of how to punch right and footwork plus bobbing and weaving. other then that just the same as what everyone else said. be aggressive and look to demolish

You back up too much, and you carry your weight toward the back very often even when not backing up. Doing that, a confident and/or skilled opponent can run right through you, and there is nowhere to back away to when you're on your back getting GnP'd to death.

in a street fight you will always get hit so the earlier ya learn to take a few on the chin the better you'll be.
i dunno what your jaws like tho... i got heavy bone structure only bone i ever broke was fighting my old man haha if ur jaws strong then move in on him (if hes not a big dude) and he will open up.
atm you both kinda stood around waiting for an opening but if you want an opening and your untrained ur best to just make one
