Stay loose on the balls of your feet, you are very flat footed.

Stay on your feet, like Steve said.
Keep moving around in circles. Get your aggresiveness in, I can see that your opponent is a bit more secure when he punches. No offense, but you swing like a baby. Don't flail your arms around. A punch is a punch, not a litle knuckle fist slap (I don' mean to be too harsh)
Block and parry, and catch your opponent off surprise. Set him up for things, fake him out a bit.
Overall it was ok, just need a little more work.

As the others have mentioned, loosen up a bit.
When you're going for a punch, you're rather slow when you think about getting your back up.
When he strikes, you tend to look away, which can destroy you if your opponent notices.
I'm really tired, so that is pretty much all I am going to say now!

quick on the feet, and no offensive but your too slow and your punches a too slow if someone sees that all they got to do is go in and go full out on your cause they know you punch slow, try some fast jabs

You guys have okay stances when you're not swinging. Then you get too wide with your feet, your arms go all over, and your chin points up. Both of you actually had your chins down when you squared up, and that's good for two kids in a backyard shindig! And nice background music.
What to work on? Keep feet shoulder-width apart, maintain balance. Keep elbows in, keep punches tight and compact. Keep chin down. Don't reach out to block - just tuck in. Give it a try next time you do this.

And keep your hands up -- especially the non-punching hand. Both of you were dropping low. Try jabbing when he steps in, instead of backing up or reaching to block. This is where the jab can be used defensively, and sets up combos.
Not bad, though. SOUL had a good post.
