in Britain the government is campaigning against carrying knifes. most people here do get stabbed with there own knifes, kids have balls these days, there less likely to run away, that or they may be extremely stupid.
You're not getting me... If anyone in your state can carry a 2.499inch knife, then it can be used offensively rather than for self-defence. And by the sound of things, even a 13 year old can take on 3 grown men with one.
