Crutches.
Beautiful things these crutches are. They're good props, though not too sturdy for combat. At least, not if you try to use it as a club...
I've messed around with crutches as a weapon, usually with just one crutch, held at the handle, and shortened so that it's not touching the ground when underneath my armpit. Ideally, you'd want to strike with either end, almost as if you were using the butt of a gun, although you could thrust the bottom part into your opponent's face...
But hey, no striking weapon is much good if there's no way to counter blows with it. Parrying was a bit tough at first but I think I got it down. I'll have to take some video shots demonstrating a few.
