Well first i bike ride like 10 miles once i get home,i research on youtube unknown moves to suprized opponent with or aweasome submission or technique, study everything what I'm do then meditate like mofo eat my salads and juices and water.at night i drink alot water so when i wake up i go take a dump,after the weight i eat 1 or 2 bananas and drink little soda without the fizz, on top of that i eat garlic raw idk but this shit tweaks me up for the fight.garlic when eaten wake you up and gets you nipples hard
the soda without the fizz i think the suger get you hyper and banana make sure you have something in your stomach with that garlic
man i forgot what the propose not having fizz or bubble in your soda is for.
