I've seen a lot of articles on work out plans and what u should do. if you have questions about your work out plan or what u should be doing these articles are not going to help u. Sorry but everyone is different and on top of the body differences the work outs are designed to excel/ improve your fight style. so your style and natural body type helps determine this. Im no expert but if you have questions ill do my best to help. Thanks for reading this and i hope it helps a little.
