Hi,Last week I walked into a friends house and I guy I didnt know through a sucker punch at me as I walked through the door,He missed and we ended up grappling with each other inside the house. I have a real bad back and when I strain It feels like knives stabbing into my back and my legs get real weak,Thus he ended up getting me in a head lock. He is taller and heavyer than me but I felt his full strenth when we grappled. He is strong,But not that strong! I also had 6 muscle relaxers in me that day and I know i could have easily got out of the headlock if my legs just would stay with me. The fight was broke up and the guy left swearing that he will get me someday when im walking down the street. He knows i do this everyday.
Whats the fastest way to take him out without straining my back? Im 5,7 175lbs

If he stands upright opposite you, do a direct low kick to the pelvis. Low kicks dont stress the back much plus easy to initiate and harder to block. Yes kicking in the balls works but an effective pelvic strike instantly disables your appononent quicker than a strike to the groin. Why? Well you hit a cluster of nerves which repel energy down to the pelvis weak point.The pelvis structure ironicly relies on this weak point to hold up the legs. Very effective and very real !!!
If you want to kill him, kick in in the groin, toes up. Aim for between his nuts and his azzhole. Right around the prostate.
If you just want to hurt him, kick him in the nuts and then punch for jaw for a knock-out. If things get serious, aim just below the jaw around the top part of the adam's apple. That will kill someone if you do it the right way.
Btw. I say kick to the groin because you have a bad back, and a simple kick straight up to a low target is easier. you don't need a lot of power for that, unlike the pelvis kick mentioned above. Plus you have to have good aim for the pelvis kick; and im azzuming that if you have a bad back, you haven't practiced many kicks. So you want something thats easy to remember, and is effective.
